We are the Childs Family. Dog lovers who have raised several beautiful Labs over the past 18 years. They’ve all been cherished members of our family. Our 2 current sweet female Labradors are named Willow and Sage. Both live within our home, and are like 2 extra siblings to our 3 kiddos. We will offer Black, Yellow and Chocolate Labrador pups throughout the future. We own 2 pure bred female Labs. “Sage” is a Chocolate and “Willow” is a Yellow. We are currently breeding with our good friend’s pure bred Yellow Lab named “Dexter”. Sage and Dexter’s first litter of 10 pups were solid black. We hope for Willow to have a litter in late Summer 2024, which should be a mixture of Yellow and Black Lab pups. In early 2025, Sage should have another litter with a new Chocolate stud, creating all Chocolate pups.
We accept a NON-Refundable reservation deposit of 50% of the total investment, to “Hold” a puppy until the pick up week at 8 weeks old. The remaining balance is then due at the “Gotcha Day”.
We don’t offer any refunds, because of the limited number of litters per year. Once a puppy is reserved by deposit, we turn away potential buyers. It is much more difficult to find a new family for adoption once we approach the late puppy stage. This protects our investment and all future families.
We don’t allow visitors to meet puppies in person prior the adoption day. This ensure our pups stay as healthy as possible at our home and don’t contract any sicknesses or injury. We do offer the option of video Zoom Calls with clients. This allows us to show the puppies in our home, the opportunity to get to know our family better and gives peace of mind through the purchase process.
Yes, all parents and bloodline are pure bred and AKC registered, along with their puppies. Each puppy goes to their forever home with a pre-registered AKC certificate. Pedigree power– We scrutinize pedigrees and want to add only beautiful, healthy, and well mannered dogs to the family tree of our Labs. We desire to raise the best family dog possible for our wonderful clients.
We breed with integrity to ensure that all of our Labradors fall within the highest standards of the American Kennel Club “AKC”. This registration gives us access to the full blood line, which ensures health through previous generations and their breeders. Knowing that these parents are the best of the best when it comes to temperament, appearance and health, ensures amazing pups for future families.
Our breeding focus of quality over quantity is of upmost importance to us. We only breed each of our Mama dogs 1 time per year, allowing for 2 litters total.
Our pure bred Labrador puppies are an investment of $1250. We require a 50% reservation deposit to “Hold” one of our pups until the 8 week mark when they are old enough to go to their forever home.
Our new puppy package includes your new furry best friend, all standard vaccines for the first 2 months, de-wormer, American Kennal Club “AKC” registration certificate with pedigree info, a well puppy visit with our local veterinarian and paperwork that includes a birth certificate and wellness records.
We have an application process to ensure our pups are going to the most loving forever home possible.
Our puppies become litter trained with cedar chips around 4 weeks, they will become weaned with healthy food options around 6 weeks, and will be used to regular noise from kids and daily life by the time they are ready to move to their new forever homes. We will also provide you with a list of tips and future wellness info. These things help the transition process from our home to yours.

Puppies are cuddled by our kiddos, well nourished, grow in a peaceful atmosphere and their Mama is a cherished member of our family. This cultivates the sweetest, good tempered, structurally sound, loyal and intelligent dog possible. Our Labrador Retrievers have superior pedigrees from a mixture of English and American bloodlines. All are also AKC registered to ensure long term health. Our puppies are ONLY sold to approved, loving homes. Our priority is that our puppies are adopted into families that will provide the best atmosphere for exceptional physical, emotional and mental well-being.
